Los Angeles experienced citywide festivities after the Los Angeles Dodgers won a nail-biting seven-match World Series championship. Supporters worldwide joined local residents in jubilation, marking the first time in a quarter-century that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Attracts Massive Crowds
Los Angeles area events included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a reserved-seating event at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.
